Good morning! Welcome to the last day of premieres for the new Winnie & Walter release! Today I am sharing a card made with Scenery: Big Bang Bling and The Big, the Bold and Fun. I heat embossed the sentiment from the latter set in gold, and used the starburst-shaped images from the bling set to create the colorful effect behind the sentiment. I just love this effect, and this color combination makes me so happy!

Now I have some bittersweet news to share: this will be my last post as a member of Winnie & Walter’s team. I want to take this chance to give a big heartfelt thank you to Julie and Shay for having me as part of their team (and for offering me Free Agency!). I think they are super talented and sweet, and I have enjoyed every minute with them. I have simply realized that it’s time for me to step back from some of my crafting responsibilities to spend more time with family and friends now that my husband is no longer traveling for work, while also trying not to burn out from crafting in general. I just think it’s time for this hobby to serve me in a different way than it has in the past - for a long time it was a welcome distraction from an empty house, but now I just need to get back to basics, the happy place I was in when I first found this hobby, and take things more at my own pace. I am sure that Winnie and Walter will continue to thrive and I will be absolutely thrilled to watch their success grow by leaps and bounds in the future!
