What a big day it is here! I’ve got so many projects to share for this super duper STAMPtember Blog Hop from Simon Says Stamp - have you seen the new release? Just WOW! You have to check it out, for sure. Here are some of my projects with these goodies so far…
Here is a card using SSS Real Leaves Stamps and Dies, along with a sentiment from Feast of Thanksgiving:
I used both the solid and crackled maple leaf images here, first inking up the solid image in a variety of colors and then spritzing the stamp with water before pressing the image onto the paper. I then went over that with the crackled maple leaf image using red ink, which was “stamped off” once first:
Here is a card that I made using the Brilliant Gifts die and Inside Holiday Greetings stamp set. The die was used to cut the silver border, and then again to cut the solid part of each present from various pieces of Lawn Fawn’s Snow Day papers:
Next up is a card made by making my own stencil with the Confetti Circle die - I inked some fuschia and green inks into the negative diecut to create this one-layer card…the sentiment (LOVE LOVE LOVE) comes from the Peace on Earth stamp set. Here you’ll see that I selectively inked only part of the “Joy to the World” stamp - this is one of my favorite things to do. Did I say how much I love this stamp set? I think it’s my favorite from the whole release, but the best part is that it comes as part of a trio of sets too!
My last card for this post is a fun Halloween card - I colored and cut the doggie and his word bubble using Costumed Pets and paired them with some Kelly Purkey Second City papers. The puppy was colored using Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. And how about that twine? It’s Hemptique twine. Awesome stuff!
I made some other things, but I didn’t want to wear you out…if you’d like to see a card made using the You’re So Sweet stamp set, you can check it out here; there’s also a card using the Snowy Trees and Sled stamps and dies linked up here. I’ll try to post details of these cards for you soon, but in the meantime I hope you enjoy this hop!

I would never think of using pastel polka dots for a fall or Thanksgiving card…but it really works! I love the elegance of those packages wrapped for Christmas in unconventional colors. The silver outline on the presents is amazing. If I didn’t know it was a die, I’d really wonder how you did that! Your one-layer card is fabulous, too-wonderful CAS design and great idea to use the negative of the die cut for a stencil. And finally, I love the coloring on the puppy in your Hallowe’en card. Thanks for sharing all these!

I like so much the thanksgiving card, it is so simple but also so elaborate at the same time… you use wonderful colour in every card you make.
